Location of Cuba
Cuba is a country comprising the islands of Cuba, Isla de la Juventud
and several archipelagos in the northern Caribbean Sea. Cuba is a
largest island in the Caribbean. Cuba has maritime borders with the USA
and the Bahamas in the north, with Mexico in the west, with Haiti in the
east, with Jamaica and Cayman Island in the south. Havana is a capital
and largest city in Cuba. The Republic of Cuba is a one of the world's
last remaining socialist countries.
Cuba Climat
Most of the island has tropical climate with northeasterly trade
winds that blow year-round. The temperature is shaped by the Caribbean
current, which makes the climate of Cuba warm. Cuba has a drier season
from November to April, and a rainier season from May to October. The
hurricanes are most common in September and October
